Welcome to KEMH and PCH Neonatal Units

Our approach to caring for your baby involves parents as partners with the health care team. This is called Family Integrated Care (FICare).

The FICare approach helps you form a close bond with your baby. As parents, you will be able to participate in your baby’s care, including participating in ward rounds and daily activities of your baby. Your presence and participation with us in caring for your baby is very important for developing a close bond.

This site is in development and new materials will be added over time.
